ERNO LASZLO | Repositioning an established brand

Making a restrained and reassuring statement, this prototype concept respectfully rejuvenated an established European skincare and cosmetics line that was seeking greater brand awareness in the Canadian market. Creating a differentiating experience, discernible from other high-end lines, required both a respect for the heritage of the brand and its loyal customers, and an increased emphasis on professional aesthetic services.

Art-deco inspired design, referencing the era of the brand’s inception, combined with a neutral colour palette, quality materials, and simple detailing make for an elegant environment, which invites approach and instils confidence. To further enhance the experience, stool-height consultation seating was rejected in favour of lower seating, and a more intimate and comfortable experience.
